We will give take return of the product and exchange it.
A product may get accepted for returns and exchange for the following reasons:
- The product has physical damage (eg., broken container or seal)
- Manufacturing defects
- Workmanship defects
- Expired date
- Incorrect product
We always advise you to check the products thoroughly before the deliveryman leaves your doorstep.
What Should You Do When You Receive the Product?
Here are a couple of things that you must do before the deliveryman leaves your address-
- Match your ordered items with the invoice. Check for missing or incorrect items.
- Inspect the quality of the products ( eg., expiration date, usage direction, etc.)
- Check for any physical damage or defects.
- Verify the paid amount.
